Kitchen

Wash and sanitize countertops, backsplash and island
Scrub and shine sink and faucet; sanitize disposal
Clean stovetop, drip pans, grates and control knobs
Clean exterior of refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave
Clean interior of microwave
Wipe down range hood and exterior vent
Damp-wipe small appliances (toaster, coffee maker)
Wipe table, chairs, barstools and bench seating
Spot-clean cabinet fronts and pulls
Wash and sanitize dish drying area
Load and start dishwasher or hand-wash dishes in sink
Empty trash and recycling; replace liner
Sweep, vacuum and mop all floors

Bathrooms

Scrub and disinfect tubs, showers, tile and grout
Clean and disinfect toilets — bowl, seat, lid, base and behind
Wash and sanitize vanity, sinks and faucets
Polish mirrors, glass and chrome fixtures
Spot-clean cabinet fronts and drawer pulls
Wipe down light fixtures and exhaust vents (reachable)
Empty bathroom trash; replace liner
Straighten racks, refold or restock towels
Restock toilet paper and soap (when provided)
Sweep, vacuum and mop floors

Bedrooms

Make beds or change linens (linens left out by client)
Dust headboards, nightstands, dressers and lamps
Dust picture frames, shelves, blinds and ceiling fans (reachable)
Wipe down mirrors and glass surfaces
Sanitize knobs, switches and handles
Empty trash and replace liner
Vacuum carpets, rugs and under-bed (reachable)
Sweep and mop hard floors

Living & Dining Rooms

Dust all surfaces, décor, shelves and electronics
Dust picture frames, lamps, blinds and ceiling fans
Plump and arrange throw pillows and folded throws
Wipe down tables, side tables and coffee tables
Spot-clean fingerprints from glass and chrome
Vacuum upholstery, cushions and beneath cushions
Vacuum carpets and area rugs
Sweep and mop hard floors
Empty trash and replace liner

Entryway, Hallways & Stairs

Dust entry tables, shelves and décor
Wipe entry door, frame and exterior handle
Polish mirrors and glass
Vacuum entry rugs and runners
Sweep and mop hard floors
Vacuum stairs (carpeted) or sweep and mop (hard)
Wipe banisters, railings and spindles

Laundry Room

Wipe exterior of washer and dryer
Clean lint trap (reachable)
Sanitize folding surface and shelves

Whole-Home Details

Cobweb removal floor-to-ceiling (reachable)
Dust baseboards, sills, blinds and ceiling fans (Super Sparkle+)

Airbnb / Vacation Rental Add-Ons

Strip and launder bedding and towels on-site
Re-stage beds, pillows and décor to match listing photos
Restock paper goods, soap, coffee and welcome amenities
Inspect for damage or missing items and report same day
Take photos of any concerns for the owner

What we don't do

Honest about our limits.

For everyone's safety and to keep your cleaning predictable, a few things sit outside our scope. We're happy to recommend specialists for any of the below.

Biohazards, mold remediation, or pet waste cleanup
Climbing higher than a 2-step ladder
Moving heavy furniture or appliances
Exterior windows above the first floor
Carpet shampooing or steam extraction
Cleaning around active construction or hazardous debris
