We bring extra cleaners, extra hours, and a top-to-bottom checklist designed to address everything that gets skipped on day-to-day visits: hand-washed baseboards, scrubbed grout, detailed blinds and ceiling fans, the tops of door frames, inside the microwave, behind small appliances, and every switch plate and doorknob in the home.

We follow a strict top-down approach. We start at the ceiling — fans, light fixtures, vents, high corners — and work our way down through walls, fixtures, furniture, and finally the floors. This order means dust and debris fall once, not three times, and the floors are the last surface we touch.

Deep cleans are how almost every new recurring client gets started with us. Beginning from a true baseline makes ongoing maintenance dramatically faster, cheaper, and more effective. They're also ideal as a seasonal reset — many of our clients book one in the spring and one before the holidays — and as a pre-listing service before a home goes on the market.
