Post-construction cleaning is its own discipline. A finished home that has just come out of construction or a major renovation is not dirty in the way a lived-in home gets dirty — it is coated in a fine drywall dust that settles into every track, vent, cabinet seam, and light fixture, mixed with paint splatter, caulk smears, adhesive residue, sticker glue, and small bits of trade debris. A standard cleaning crew with standard tools will simply push the dust around.

We arrive with HEPA-filter vacuums, dedicated microfiber for dust-only passes, scrapers and solvents for paint and adhesive, and the patience to do multiple passes — because drywall dust resettles, and the only way to get a truly clean handoff is to clean, wait, and clean again.

Our standard approach follows the industry's three-phase model. The rough clean happens right after the major trades finish, when debris and large dust accumulations are knocked down. The detail clean comes once finishes are in — we clean every cabinet interior, polish every window, wipe every fixture, and detail every vent and fan. The touch-up clean is the final pass right before move-in or buyer walk-through to catch any settled dust from the days in between.
